Another Year to Foster Wellness

Another year has ended and this year was one of the most transforming years for our staff and company. However, life challenges did not set our team back in a negative way. We took a step back, paused, and took in a deep breath to determine the next right choice to move toward progress as a team. We pride ourselves on promoting healthy coping strategies and to engage in a healthy social circle to maintain workplace wellness and growth. As an employer we never shy away from employee’s mental health and wellness. Here at Thoughtful Pages, we will continue to support great employees and will not tolerate a toxic work environment.

When fostering creativity in the workplace, we know that a harsh environment limits creativity and untimely becomes self-defeating when expecting high quality production from staff. Therefore, we make every effort to keep our workplace a space of comfort and positive thinking.

Healthy work conditions will significantly increase production and has shown to be a key reason when analyzing employee retention.
